These companies help in making other companies or clients get deals or offers through online buyers. The product can either be a website, or sports goods, electronic gadgets and so on. These companies track down the number of products that have been sold through e-mail strategy and take a commission based on it.

There is also a negative side to e-mail marketing. Most people consider e-mails of products to be spams. Such mails make people think that e-mail marketing is a mode of spamming and also making money by doing so.

This problem can be minimized only by producing the product in the most sensible way. The way you present your idea is very important in this technique. You will have to make the customer believe that the mail was sent specially for him with special offers. Also display some photos of the product along with a short description. Also provide a contacting address- either a website URL or phone number. This will make him believe that the product is real.

Before sending the product description, they send a confirmation mail to the client, where he will have to click a confirmation link so as to get further updates on mails that the particular website or company will send in future. This will not only help the customers in differentiating between a spam and an original mail, but will also help marketing companies in filtering out the regular buyers of your product.

In order to effectively brand or sell your product, carry out these simple procedures.
• Buy bulk e-mail sending software, through which you can repetitively send e-mails to thousands of people. There are also analytics software’s with which you can track down the number of people who have responded to your mail and also know the bounce rate.

• Try to make maximum number of subscribers who will be interested in knowing the latest updates about your product. All you have to do is create a web page and code in a pop out with which the client will be needed to enter his/her e-mail id. The confirmation think will be sent to the corresponding e-mail.

• With the increasing number of customers, try to maintain a very healthy relationship with them by providing them personal offers and discount coupons. You ca keep contact with them through e-mails or chat sessions.  

• After knowing your clients properly, you can promote your product through your website and the updates will reach the subscribers. Do not send back-to-back messages regarding the products. This may make your customers annoyed and may spam you out. Sensing them weekly updates with good offers.
